We are seeking an experienced Sous or Snr Chef de Partie Chef looking for a short-term temporary placement that will cover seven weeks holiday leave from April to June this year.

This role requires excellent chef skills and knowledge, with the ability to oversee the kitchen operation in the absence of the Head Chef.
This role will suit an energetic and flexible chef that can adapt quickly to a new environment and systems and thrives working within a close-knit team.

This busy suburban local, has a great reputation and loyal following and is well known for supporting its local community.
