We've been contacted to not only find one, but two natural leaders to help run two of Marlborough's leading gastropubs. The managers & owners have done an outstanding job setting up systems, and turning the businesses into well oiled machines, so that you can JUMP right in and hit the ground running.

We are looking for two high performing Assistant Venue Managers, with proven hands-on experience in managing high volume bar / restaurant environments. The processes are all in place so you can concentrate on providing exceptional customer service, maximising the profitability of the business. 

These roles would suit exceptional Assistant Managers, looking for high performing venues they can run as their own. Staff & people management are a big part of the role, as well as assisting in the handling of rosters, stocktaking, hiring and promotions (gaming experience would be an advantage, but not essential). Having a current LCQ & General Managers License is a must!

*These positions come with an exceptional package, including a starting salary of $58,500.00 + 10% KPI bonus structure + $200 month tab to spend at your discretion + phone + laptop (total package is worth around $70,000.00)

The ideal candidates will be available to start early June 2022.
