We've been contacted to find a natural leader to help run one of Marlborough's leading gastropubs. The General Manager & Owners have done an outstanding job setting up systems, and turning the business into a well oiled machine, so that you can JUMP right in and hit the ground running.

We are looking for a high performing Bar Manager, with proven hands-on experience in managing high volume bar / restaurant environments, that can make and design cocktails. The processes are all in place so you can concentrate on providing exceptional customer service, maximising the profitability of the business. 

This roles would suit an exceptional Assistant Bar Manager, looking for a high performing venue they can stamp their mark on. Staff & people management are a big part of the role, as well as assisting in the handling of rosters, stocktaking, hiring and promotions (gaming experience would be an advantage, but not essential). Having a current LCQ & General Managers License is a must!

*This position comes with an exceptional package, including a starting salary of $60,000.00 + 10% KPI bonus structure + monthly tab to spend at your discretion + meals + uniforms (total package is worth around $70,000.00 plus annually)

The ideal candidates will be available to start early September 2022.
