This new and exciting restaurant/bar will operate over 7 days, lunch & dinner services, so there will be plenty of hours to go around. This also means that some flexibility around hours and days will be required.
We are looking for people with experience in fast paced, high volume environments, that can react positively when under pressure, and maintain high and consistent service levels at all times.
This venue will provide opportunities to expand on your current experience, and possibly branch into other exciting areas such as functions & events.
