Sous Chef - Marlborough - $52,000 - $54,000 salary + staff benefits
We have an amazing career opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef looking to step up and develop into the Head Chef role. You will be a classically trained chef, with a proven history in A la Carte restaurants, JUMPing in to help manage the team. This restaurant / bar is popular with both the locals and tourists, and would provide you with a fun and positive team environment.

Chef de Partie - Marlborough - $23.50 - $24.50 hour + staff benefits
Ideally you will be a qualified Chef with minimum 3 years experience or a very good cook, with references to back this up. This position offers the opportunity of long term employment, with genuine opportunities to grow with the team. Working alongside a passionate Head Chef, the ideal candidate will have experience in stand alone restaurants that wants to learn and develop.

The kitchen is high volume and fast paced, with a fairly large menu. The business operates over 7 days with Thursday - Sunday being their busiest times, you would be required to be available these days most weeks.

Chef de Partie - Wellington Hotel - $24.50 - $25.50 hour + staff benefits
This hotel restaurant, in one of Wellington's most exciting locations, is well known for great food and service. We are looking for a qualified & experienced chef that can JUMP in and handle a section in a fast paced kitchen. You can multi task and keep calm when the heat really turns up. Maintaining speed, accuracy and consistency of product is a must.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef, and have the ability to JUMP onto other sections if required. Ideally you will have been qualified for at least 5 years, and have similar experience working in a fast paced, A la Carte restaurant for at least 2 years.

Chef de Partie - Oamaru Hotel - $23.50 - $25.00 hour + staff benefits
This well known and popular Oamaru Hotel is on the hunt for a passionate CDP to join there team of professionals. Ideally you will have a proven career in stand alone restaurants, with the ability to multi task between menus from the restaurant, bar food, or functions. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dig deep with the team on those busy nights.

It goes without saying that reliability is a must and you will have proven referees to back this up. This full time, permanent position is available immediately for the right candidate. The package includes hourly rate, uniforms & company benefits.
