The ideal candidate may have been an Executive Chef that has stepped into the front of house, and is now a Food & Beverage Manager. You will have experience in hotels at a high level, and managing multiple outlets. You will have excellent communication skills, and understand what 5* means in all aspects of your department. Developing and guiding your team is an integral part of your future success.
