The ideal candidate loves the social interaction you get from working a busy shift behind the bar, and ideally would have some gaming experience and a view at long term employment. With a mixture of day and evening shifts available, this role should get the heart JUMPing!!
Reporting to the bar manager this DM role would help oversee the day & evening bar operations, while being adept at moving around the floor chatting to customers, clearing tables and ensuring that things are running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have past experience working in a busy stand alone restaurant & bar, handling the opening and closing of the venue (including cash up). It goes without saying that reliability is a must and you will have proven referees to back this up.
You must be available for day, evening and weekend work and have a current LCQ and General Managers License.
