Are you experienced in working in fast paced environments, and pride yourself on consistently high customer service. Have at least 2 years as a Duty Manager or Front of House professional in a similar environment. This venue has genuine career advancement opportunities for the right candidates. Duty Managers $23 - $27 hour +weekly & monthly bonus schemes.
Reporting to the General Manager, these DM roles would help oversee the day, evening & weekend bar operations, while being adept at moving around the floor chatting to customers, clearing tables and ensuring that things are running smoothly.

The right candidates will have the opportunity to advance their career if they desire, and can be full time, part time or a Summer contract. You must be available for evening and weekend work and have a current LCQ and General Managers License.

Front of House Staff $20 - $25 hour + weekly bonus scheme
We are looking for FOH staff experienced in busy restaurant / bar operations that can keep calm under pressure. You must be able to adapt to an ever changing environment. Ideally you will have at least two years experience in a fast paced environment, and understand what the term "Hospitality" means (they pride themselves on their service standards).

You will be working lunch and dinner shifts, liaising directly with the Duty Manager to ensure a smooth service. Previous experience in a busy environment, and the ability to self manage is a must.
