This newly created role will provide the right candidate the opportunity to come in and challenge themselves. You will be fully responsible for all aspects of the kitchen, from menu creation, managing costings, to building a new team. It goes without saying that you can use a computer, & create systems as this exciting multi-million dollar project nears completion.
You will have 7+ years experience as an Executive Chef, leading multiple outlets, and can engage with the guests to provide them with a unique dining experience. You will follow the latest food trends, and have the ability to handle pressure and adapt to change. This is an opportunity for you to showcase your skills and cuisine knowledge.
