You will have 4+ years hotel experience, leading multiple outlets, including function & event spaces, while providing them with a unique dining experience. You will follow the latest food trends, and have the ability to handle pressure and adapt to change. This is an opportunity for you to show your skills and cuisine knowledge to New Zealand.

*On offer is a base salary of $80,000 - $85,000 + KPI's + company benefits.
