You will have 7+ years hotel experience, leading multiple outlets, and can engage with the guests to provide them with a unique dining experience. You will follow the latest food trends, and have the ability to handle pressure and adapt to change. This is an opportunity for you to show your skills and cuisine knowledge to New Zealand.

This is an incredibly rare opportunity to join an amazing and proactive 5* hotel brand. You will have full control of the kitchen, and the package on offer will reflect this. On offer is a base salary of $85,000 + KPI's + company benefits.
