This new and exciting restaurant will operate over 7 days, lunch & dinner services, so there will be plenty of hours to go around. This also means that some flexibility around hours and days will be required.
We are looking for people with experience in fast paced, high volume environments, that can react positively when under pressure, and maintain high and consistent service levels at all times.
With past a la carte experience, you can carry 3 plates and drink trays through a crowded environment? Multi task under pressure while keeping a smile.. Look after a busy section, and maybe even help to sit new customers.. this will be just another day at the office for you!!
