Front of House Staff $25 - $28 hour + weekly bonus scheme
We are looking for FOH staff experienced in busy restaurant / bar operations that can keep calm under pressure. You must be able to adapt to an ever changing environment. Ideally you will have at least two years experience in a fast paced environment, and understand what the term "Hospitality" means (they pride themselves on their service standards).

You will be working lunch and dinner shifts, liaising directly with the Duty Manager to ensure a smooth service. Previous experience in a busy environment, and the ability to self manage is a must.

Job Description:
  
  • Assist the GM to develop and maintain restaurant policies & procedures
  • Working with and leading the team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
  • Making that staffing levels are sufficient to cover all areas and managing this
  • Organising functions
  • Liaising with the kitchen during service to maintain the flow of service
  • Training / coaching the junior FOH team and passing on relevant information
  • Maintain a high level of hospitality at all time
  • Managing end of day cash-up
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleaning
  • Participate as a constructive member of the senior team with a view to maximising business sales volumes and profitability.

  • We will be there to support and coach you in all aspects of hospitality, including the business of hospitality.
*These full time, permanent roles, guaranteeing 30 hours minimum, is paying $25 - $28 hour (depending on your experience) and comes with a weekly & monthly profit sharing scheme (this is a percentage of turnover if KPI's are met, adding up to between $250 - $750 a month), so a great opportunity for you to save those $$.
