This stand alone Restaurant and Bar is a big part of the local community, and the owners are hands on, and understand what it takes to make a successful business. They are not looking to micro manage, they want a true leader that can step up and take charge!
You will be responsible for creating new and exciting menus, food and wage cost, staff mentoring and training, manage suppliers, and preferably have experience with “loaded reports” or a similar system. Ideally you will have experience in fast paced environments, with the ability to multi-task and keep a cool head. This is a hands on role, so if you are looking to sit in an office, this isn't for you!
On offer is an amazing package that includes an hourly rate starting at $27 hour (reviewed after 6 months), bonus system, staff uniform and meals.. If this doesn't have you JUMPing you will never fly..
You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand when applying for this role
All applicants must be living or willing to relocate to Mid Canterbury (South Island)
