We are seeking a capable and reliable professional to join this Christchurch Hotel in a Night Porter role. You will be passionate about the role and the opportunity within this close knit team of professionals. Having excellent written and verbal communication skills, and taking immense pride in your work.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for helping to overseeing overnight operations of this busy hotel.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver excellent customer service, at all times, ensuring guests' comfort, safety & privacy
- Must be able to work overnight shifts 11pm-7am, and be available to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights & public holidays as required.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of personal presentation
