Working closely with the Revenue, Sales and Operational teams, ensuring a positive guest experience from the time of booking enquiry to the point of check out.
The ideal candidate will have Reservations Management experience, including a firm understanding of all aspects of a hotel operation, including a particular emphasis on growing revenue and accurate forecasting.
An out going and friendly personality, well groomed and excellent communication skills are a must!
