The ideal candidate will cultivate a high performance culture to ensure the hotels perform ahead of the market. You form part of the wider national sales team and will be based at one of the Wellington properties. While being responsible for the financial objectives of multiple hotels within the Wellington region, you can however sell all properties within the group.
You are as happy creating strategy to deliver revenue to key market segments and hotels as you are developing relationships with important contacts over a cup of coffee. You are motivated by achieving targets and working autonomously, while representing the hotel brands across NZ networks proves you really are a Key Account guru.
Skills & Experience required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Hospitality sales
- Previous experience in target driven KPI’s
- Able to flex and adapt strategy to stay ahead of the market
- Experience in Corporate, Government and C&E markets advantageous
