Sous Chef - $56,000 salary + staff benefits
We have an amazing career opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef looking to step up and develop. You will be a classically trained chef, with a proven history in A la Carte restaurants, JUMPing in to help manage the team. This restaurant / bar is popular with both the locals and tourists, and would provide you with a fun and positive team environment.
Junior Chef / Cook - $22 hour + staff benefits
Ideally you will be a qualified Junior Chef with minimum 1 years experience or a very good cook, with references to back this up. This position offers the opportunity of long term employment, with genuine opportunities to grow with the team. Working alongside a passionate Head Chef, the ideal candidate will have experience in stand alone restaurants that wants to learn and develop.
The kitchen is high volume and fast paced, with a fairly large menu. The business operates over 7 days with Thursday - Sunday being their busiest times, you would be required to be available these days most weeks.
