We are looking for a high performing Venue Manager, with proven hands-on experience managing a high volume bar environment. The processes are all in place so you can concentrate on providing exceptional customer service, maximising the profitability of the business.
This role would suit an exceptional Assistant Manager, looking to step up, or a current GM looking for a high performing venue they can run as their own. Staff & people management are a big part of the role, as well as handling rosters, stocktaking, hiring and promotions (gaming experience would be an advantage, but not essential). Having a current LCQ & General Managers License is a must!
This position comes with an exceptional package, including a salary paying up to $70,000 (depending on your experience), phone & staff discounts. The ideal candidate will be available to start early October.
