You will be responsible for the overall running of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all cleaning, laundry and public areas of the hotel are to the highest standard. Your position will include rosters, training staff, recruitment, some HR and making sure that things are done on time and to budget.
The ideal candidate will have a strong hotel background of at least 7+ years with at least 5 of those years at a Senior Supervisor / Management level.
Having worked in establishments that are 80+ key / room operations, you will be able to provide a solid work history, that shows leadership and growth, with references to back this up.
- Full time / permanent position
- 40 hours per week
- Must be available to work one weekend day per week
- Salary range $67,000 - $72,000 (depending on experience)
