Jump's Privacy Policy

Jump Recruitments Purpose

We want to make browsing our website a clean and usable experience. Our site is also a mechanism for you to interact online with Jump Recruitment and Heading Home by Jump Recruitment, as such, we may ask you to provide information through several forms that allow that interaction, including contact details so we can communicate with you, working status information, desired roles, and information about where you heard of Jump Recruitment and Heading Home.


Our policy is to only collect information that we need to interact with you either as a candidate or a client, in a meaningful way. We do not collect information from you while you browse or access information that is available on this site. For our candidates this means that we ask to register with us for job alerts, apply for our roles and use our contact form to let us know something by email.

For job applications, the information we ask from you in these situations is the minimum we need to assess your skills, availability, and work readiness to perform the role you are applying for. For clients it’s even simpler, we allow you access to our portals from within this site but you do not need to register on this site. All registration information is held within the Portal. We will not ask any users on this site for bank account or credit card details directly. If we have a saleable item, or service, listed on the site that can be paid for electronically, you will be transferred to a secure merchant gateway for payment purposes.


Our website is hosted with a highly reputable hosting company with several layers of protection for sensitive data. 


Your personal information is only available to Jump Recruitment for use. There may be occasions when your personal information is accessible by a trusted third party who is working with Jump in maintenance of our site. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law and will inform you if such a release is made within 48 hours of release.


Our site has links to other websites and these links are clearly indicated. The links are provided as an aid to allow you to navigate to other sites easily. In choosing to take such a link please be aware that you are moving to a site with it’s own privacy policy, which is neither endorsed by, nor authorised by Jump and you should take care to read the appropriate policies of the linked website before leaving any personal information on such a site.


This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.
