We are on the hunt for a super talented numbers person to join one of New Zealand's leading hotel brands. The main responsibility of this role is accounts payable with some payroll . You will establish, implement and continue to monitor all aspects around this position, while following the policies and procedures of the property, and become an integral part of the team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be results driven, can multi-task and has superior organisational skills. You will have the ability, and self motivation to work alone and collaboratively within this tight knit team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem solving & computer skills.

Having previous experience within the hospitality industry (hotels) and a strong understanding of the below would be an advantage when applying for this position:
  • Accounts payable,
  • Daily banking,
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Accounts receivable functions
  • Assisting the financial controller with month end tasks.
