The ideal candidate will cultivate a high performance culture to ensure the properties perform ahead of the market. You form part of the wider national sales team and will be based at one of the lower North Island properties. While being responsible for the financial objectives of multiple properties within the brand.
You are as happy creating strategy to deliver revenue to key market segments, as you develop relationships with important contacts over a cup of coffee. You are motivated by achieving targets and working autonomously, while representing the brand across NZ networks proves you really are a Key Account guru.
Skills & Experience required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar sales management role
- Previous experience in target driven KPI’s
- Able to flex and adapt strategy to stay ahead of the market
- Experience in Corporate, Government and C&E markets advantageous
