This multi-venue hotel property requires a leader that's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead the pack. You are calm under pressure, and have an eye for detail. Service is key at this property and your customer focused team will ensure that nothing but the best is served up to our guests.
The ideal candidate may have been an Executive Chef that has stepped into the front of house, or a high flying Food & Beverage Manager with multi-outlet experience. Experience in hotels isn't essential, but you must have been managing at a high level, with excellent communication skills, and understand what 5* means in all aspects of your department. Developing and guiding your team is an integral part of your future success.
This is an incredibly rare opportunity to join an amazing and proactive 5*hotel brand. You will have full control of the F & B department and the package on offer will reflect this.
- F&B Director S$100,000 - S$110,000 Singapore ($120,000 - $134,000 approximate in NZ Dollars)
- Every 12 months continual service you receive a bonus equivalent of 1 months salary ($10,000 - $11,000 NZ Dollars)
- Bare in mind you will pay less than 10% tax in Singapore on all your earnings…
