This stand alone Restaurant and Bar is a big part of the local community, and the owners are hands on, and understand what it takes to make a successful business. They are not looking to micro manage, they want a true leader that can step up and take charge!
They are happy to look at a salary, or hourly rate depending on your preference, and will pay above current market expectations for the right experience. The Head Chef will be expected to work no more than 45 hours a week, and ensure that the high quality standards are maintained.
