This is an exciting time to join this centrally located Wellington Hotel, as things start to heat up for summer. You will ideally have previous experience in hotels, and understand exceptional customer service. Becoming the face of the business for its regular corporate clients, while ensuring its tourists leave raving about your professionalism, and high service standards.
Staff & people management are a big part of this role, while also having the ability to multi task between the restaurant, bar and functions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotels, with a minimum of 3 years at a supervisor level. Flexibility around the needs of the business in regards to rosters is a key requirement. A current LCQ & General Managers license would be a bonus (but not essential).
