We are on the hunt for two natural leaders (Michelin star quality), that have experience in a fast paced, continually changing environment. You will help manage a team of professionals, that pride themselves on their high service levels. This is all about the customer and keeping ahead of the pack!
Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will help oversee a mixture of day and evening shifts, thus some flexibility around this 7 day a week operation is essential. No two weeks are the same, from taking care of in house guests, to walk-ins, so being prepared and calm under pressure is essential.
These roles will present a challenge to even the most experienced supervisor at times. From leading a team, to managing your Venue, time management, a cool head and the ability to delegate and think on your feet is essential to ensuring that the guests leave satisfied.

- Base Salaries S$85,000 - S$100,000 ($104,000 - $122,000 approximate in NZ Dollars)
- Every 12 months continual service you receive a bonus equivalent of 1 months salary ($8,500 - $10,000 NZ Dollars)
- Bare in mind you will pay less than 10% tax in Singapore on all your earnings…
