One of North Canterburys busiest, and exciting establishments is looking for an experienced FOH staff member to join the team in a supervisory role. This can be part or full time.
We are looking for someone experienced in busy restaurant / bar operations that can keep calm under pressure and lead the team from the front. You must be hands on, and able to adapt to an ever changing environment. Ideally you will have at least two - three years experience in a fast paced environment, and understand what the term "Hospitality" means (they pride themselves on their service standards).
You will be responsible for helping to run lunch and dinner shifts, liaising directly with the Head Chef and Operations Manager to ensure a smooth service. Previous experience in a leadership role, and the ability to self manage is a must. Ideally you can develop and grow the team. Having a current LCQ or General Managers License would be a bonus, but not essential.
This position would be available for an immediate start for the right candidate.
